the South Bay · ZIP 90293 — same-day springs, openers, cables & 24/7 emergency service.

Playa del Rey keeps a low profile at the coast's north hinge — streets dead-ending into the Del Rey Lagoon, the jetty marking the channel where the boats slip out, bungalows and stacked condos sharing the bluff, and one of the widest, quietest beaches on the bay below. It's a small service area with big exposure: ocean on one side, wetlands on the other.
PdR doors live in a salt sandwich — sea air off the break and marsh damp off the Ballona wetlands — and the housing splits between vintage bungalows with garages built for 1950s cars and condo buildings where one shared gate serves forty residents. We handle both: squeeze-fit doors and legacy hardware for the bungalows, heavy-duty operators and access systems for the shared entries.
From quick repairs to full installs, we cover homes throughout the area, including:
We time PdR around the beach traffic on Vista del Mar and the LAX approach overhead, and we spec everything as if it lives at the tideline — because functionally it does. Shared-gate calls get priority handling; forty residents behind a dead operator is an emergency in every language.
